Terms of Service

You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and be at least 16. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@statsip.com if you think it has been compromised.

Only install StatSip on websites you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for telling your visitors about analytics, for example in your own privacy policy, and for getting any consent your local law requires. StatSip processes visitor data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

• no sending fake, automated or misleading events, or attempting to overload the service;
• no attempts to access other customers' data or to bypass security or plan limits;
• no using StatSip to collect sensitive data such as health, financial or government ID information in page URLs;
• no reselling the service without our written permission.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

You own your data and the analytics collected for your sites. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to run the service. You can export or delete it at any time.

StatSip, its software and its brand belong to us. We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the extent the law allows, StatSip is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms and will post the new date above, emailing customers about material changes. Continuing to use StatSip means you accept them. Questions: support@statsip.com.
